Application:

It is recommended to use Aveda Full Spectrum Demi+ in an Aveda-certified professional saloon. Based on the customer’s preference, salon professionals choose either 5 volume developer for a sheer tonal result (5 minutes processing time) or 10 volume developer for optimum gray blending (up to 20 minutes processing time). This gel formulation can penetrate hair cuticles for depositing the color even though ammonia is not used as an ingredient. You can rinse off with clear water upon completing the processing time and apply shampoo to achieve brilliant shine. Similar to other hair colors, it is recommended to do a skin sensitivity test before 48 hours of application even though Aveda Full Spectrum Demi+ doesn’t cause any allergic reactions.
